Jason is very professional and walked me through the details of oil change and inspection. He also gave me few tips on hybrid battery performance and maintenance. He thoroughly checked engine, coolant levels, oil leaks and tyre pressure to make sure everything is good. I really don't want to go to dealers any more and I am very happy with the service and strongly recommend him to my friends.

Carlos quickly and effectively inspected a truck I was looking to purchase form a private seller. His feedback was specific, helpful, and insightful, and his flexibility with the location (seller's hoise) was very helpful. Polite, honest, and provided good recommendations about going forward with the purchase and possible future maintenance.

All about Ball Joint Replacement (Front)

Ball joints are a part of your vehicle's suspension system that connect the steering knuckles to the control arms. A ball joint is essentially a flexible ball and socket that allows the suspension to move and, at the same time, the wheels to steer. Cars and trucks will have multiple ball joint assemblies depending on their type of suspension system. Like any other suspension component, ball joints will eventually wear out and become loose. Excessive play in the joint can affect wheel alignment and tire wear. Loose joints can also cause suspension noise (typically a "clunking" sound when going over a bump). If a ball joint fails, the suspension can collapse, causing a loss of control of the vehicle.
