I had battery trouble, needed a new battery. Lucas went to an auto parts store to replace my battery, but my car's preferred model wasn't there. He got the 2nd model, so I could drive for the day, then came back the next day with the preferred model when it was in and switched it out. It was important because my battery is in the trunk; it's possible the 2nd model wouldn't have vented correctly, and if not, it would have been in the trunk (in the car). So he made it possible for me to drive while waiting, and then replaced the battery as soon as he could, making an extra visit to our house. Great service.

My experience with Brandon was extremely good. His customer service was top notch. I was actually scheduled to get a lot more done than expected but he told me that all my axle needed was some tightening around the bolts because who put them in before didn't put them on correctly. He also gave me a reference of what size bolts I would need to replace it with and he also recommended a few other things for my Saturn. The price was very reasonable. What sets Brandon apart from other mechanics is his customer service, knowledge and his attention to detail. I had a really good experience. I highly recommend him.

All about Brake Pad Replacement

Depending on your car’s brake system, it may use between 4 to 8 brake pads. When you step on the brake pedal, the master cylinder sends fluid under pressure to the brake calipers (which hold the brake pads). The caliper presses the brake pad against the brake rotor, causing friction that slows down the car. During normal usage of the brakes, brake pads wear out and become thinner. If the thickness of brake pads is less than 3mm, it is time to change the pads. Depending on where you drive (city driving tends to wear pads out quicker) brake pads usually last between 30,000 to 35,000 miles. Some vehicles (e.g., BMWs) are equipped with a low-pad-warning system. In these vehicles, you will also need to replace the brake sensors as part of the brake pad service.
