Patrick is awesome. He used to work for Nissan, so my Xterra was familiar territory for him. He took the time to inspect the car for other possible issues that might have caused problems with the charging system but was able to narrow it down to the alternator. Most shops wouldn't do that, let alone let you stand there and witness the repair. Once the alternator was replaced, the battery voltage went back to normal readings and those pesky warning lights magically vanished! Highly recommended, thanks again Patrick!

All about Ignition Cable (Spark plug wires) Replacement

The ignition cables, also known as “spark plug wires” are part of the ignition system. They transfer the spark from the distributor or ignition coil to spark plugs that ignite the air-fuel mixture, starting the engine. Over time, the cables can get weak and break down. This will make it harder for the spark to reach the engine cylinders, resulting in engine misfires. The car may not start at all. If one of the spark plugs has gone bad, the car will still start and run, but it will run poorly.
