This guy actually does his job and he does it really well. The best mechanic I've ever meet. He arrived early and finished fast. And told me what further work my car needed. I'm going to book him again.

He is a really pleasant man,who has a good attention to detail,as it happens there was no way to get the car started, due to what appears to be failed fuel pumps, which is what i suspected. I am 70 years old, fixing it has lost its appeal, and did not have all the tools to fix it with me.Therefore being a mechanic my self in the past, i can only say he knows what he is doing. If the parts were at hand he would have repaired it no problem i'm quite sure,so for me he gets top marks,in all departments. I have to say that I was a little apprehensive at first. Being a Mercedes driver, I've come to know that servicing these cars are anything but normal. So in asking I found that Peter approached this job different from the dealer. My mind was set to rest with a detailed explanation from Peter. He does excellent work with excellent cleanup as well. I was very happy with the outcome and also pleased that he was on time, early actually and very professional. I will be using him again I'm sure. Michael C

All about Brake Rotors/Discs Replacement

A brake rotor is a smooth metal disc attached to the wheel hub. Most new cars (1999 and above) come with rotors at each wheel. Older cars may have drums instead of rotors at the rear wheels . Brake rotors play an important part in the braking system. It is the friction between brake pads and rotors that cause your car to slow down and stop. As the rotors wear out (become thin or warped), they are unable to dissipate the heat caused by the braking system. This will cause the brake fluid to boil and reduce the effectiveness of brake system significantly.
