Ernest was great. Communicated well before arriving and during the work. He wouldn't leave until I had test drove the car and everything was right. I would have Ernest back for more work without hesitation. He didn't mind me watching (front strut replacement on late model Lexus) and asking questions and will most likely will do the rear struts as well. Will request Ernest at that time.
