Arrived promptly as scheduled and after introductions immediately set about assessing the repair requirements and setting up any equipment required. Repair was then completed competently. Also while he was working he was identifying areas that required attention a.s.a.p. and possible areas that needed to be checked regular to ensure there was no deterioration.
