Everything you need to know about oil changes

Engine oil is the lifeblood of the engine. It's imperative to choose quality oil such as Mobil 1 because its been developed to provide cars with premium protection and performance. The oil resides in the oil pan, which is under the car attached to the bottom of the engine. All internal (moving) parts of the engine need to be lubricated by the engine oil. Inadequate lubrication will cause the parts to wear out faster and eventually lead to engine failure. An oil filter keeps the oil clean and free of debris. If the filter is not replaced on a regular basis, it will get clogged and will not be able to pass oil into the engine.

  • When the oil is changed you should always replace the oil filter.

Johnny was great!! He was actually able to come early, and was extremely professional and prompt! My oil change was done really fast & he also recommended a minor fix on my engine, which was great for him to notice that! We will be having him come back when my husband needs to get an oil change on his truck soon, and I will be having him come back to do the next oil change on my car as well! Rashad was very polite. He was running behind and called BEFORE the appt to let me know this which many don’t do. My appt was later in the day so I wouldn’t have blamed him if he rescheduled but he still showed up and did an excellent job. He changed oil quick and did very detailed diagnostic.
