Matthew arrived on time and was incredibly thorough as he navigated his way to determining the issue. Thankfully, he narrowed down exactly what the problem was for my truck and even explained that it was a simple fix we could easily handle ourselves if we were up for rather than pushing for us to pay even more and possibly wait longer on our time crunch to have it done by him. He saved us a great deal of stress and saved us some time which we greatly appreciate. We're on a very tight budget and naturally vehicles always seem to go down when you need them the most.
