On time, kind and focused. He is a good communicator and tells you what is happening. He takes command of the situation. He told me how to repark my vehicle for a better angle and how the part I ordered was the wrong one. He also advised me about the water /rain spots all over my van's rooftop. James is obviously very knowledgeable about cars. He was thorough in his inspection of the van and accurate in his diagnosis. Our van was shutting off while driving and a trip was planned.
