Overall it was a pleasant experience. I scheduled an appointment with Ben at 9am to replace the starter on my 2005 Toyota Corolla. Ben arrived around 9:15, greeted me, apologized for being a bit late as he stopped to pick up the part, took a look at my car and let me know that it would take about an hour. 40 minutes later he was done. He explained what he did, showed me that my car started, answered all my questions, bid me farewell and left. All before 10am. I found Ben to be very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend his services.

Rodney was timely and mindful. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable - and didn't seem to mind my myriad questions. I am grateful for his willingness and faculty in resolving the issue with my fuel tank. Will definitely call him back when the need arises again.

I thought the test ride was a added with the services rendered. He was very courteous with the Q&A's that I put him through. His explanations as to how's and the why's, I felt like I was going to school again. I took it all in because I'm the kinda guy that likes to know, just exactly is taking place.
