Contacted me early in the day by phone and text saying he will come over after finishing a current job....once thar was done, got a text with a real time link on the whereabout of his exact location, on the road headed to my house. He introduce himself, and proceeded to ask me questions about the car situation. I needed a "starter" on my Matrix to be replaced as I have already determined that it was not the battery or start relay as the cause of not starting. He was very organized, and knew exactly what size tool to use as if he had replaced a starter on a matrix hundred of time before.. He created a very clean and organized work environment , placing a cloth over the right side of car, placing his tools on top of it.so it couldn't fall anywhere inside the car.. After about 15 mins, the Starter was replaced. He proceeded to check the fluids and the condition of the hoses in the car. He re-connected the battery, and ask me to try starting the car. It started!. He was quick and efficient, and I was very happy with his service.
