He called us when he was on the way to meet us, arrived on time, was courteous, and knowledgeable as he carefully analyzed the different components and sounds he heard the car engine make. He also took pictures of the different parts of the engine and body of the car and attached them to the report. The estimate for repairs was extremely important in determining whether the car would be a prudent purchase.
