Jermaine came out twice to look at my car. First to check and confirm that a previous mechanic did not install the correct part and second to fix the issue. He he was profession, quick, and did a great job explaining the issue to me clearly.

Jake is the type of mechanic that if you found him in a local garage, you would take your car there and request Jake be the person to maintain and repair it.
