2003 Toyota Echo 40,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I scheduled a wheel bearing replacement with Lucas at 3:45. Around 3:30 he called and told me he was running about an hour late due to traffic. I really appreciated the heads up and since I was working at home I didn't really mind. He arrived an hour later and quickly took care of the repair and answered my questions. The car is running fine now and I am very pleased with the service and overall.experience.
