1994 Toyota Camry 108,700 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I highly recommend Lee. He was timely, knowledgeable, and courteous. After everything was said and done, I feel like I got a really fair deal. The service was break pads, but he also noted that I needed one rotor. He installed the rotor without adding on any additional charge. I also had to make an extra run to the parts shop, and didn't get up-charged for the extra time. The quality of service was excellent. We did a test ride on the breaks afterwards and everything was smooth.

Raymond did a great job however I was charged for two hours labor and he was only here less than 45 minutes. should I expect this on future appointments with your mechanic ?
