2011 Toyota Camry 105,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This man knows his stuff. Make no mistake. He didn't just replace a part. He had so much knowledge about the car system. He will not leave until the job is done. Call this man. I would give this guy a six star.

Breck notified me ahead of my appointment time that he'd be a few minutes late, which was fine with me, as I was too. He got right to work, figured out the problem & fixed it. He then did a major inspection of my vehicle, documenting everything. We discussed a couple of repairs that I thought I needed & will put in a couple of quote requests to determine what to do next. The whole process was so simple. It was done at my condo on Sunday afternoon while I cleaned out my car. After he was finished, I paid & instantly had all my detailed info & suggested repairs. Unfortunately, after he left, I opened up the trunk a few times & once again, could not shut the lid. I called YourMechanic back, then spoke to Breck & he came right back over. In 2 minutes, he found the other cause of my trunk problem & fixed it. I'm totally thriled with this service & with Breck. He was professional, knowlegable & very thorough with my car inspection. He was very courteous & answered my 101 questions. Yes, I'd have Breck come do all of my upcoming needed repairs for both my cars, if he's available.

Nathan arrived to the appointment on time and was very courteous in his approach and communication. While he was able to complete the requested job (which was to replace/install a new alternator), there would be a related follow-up issue regarding my car's battery that would find its way onto my To-Do List. I believe a proper assessment of my vehicle health would've pointed this out much sooner than when it did. Aside from that one little tidbit, I give my stamp of approval to Nathan overall.
