2015 Toyota 4Runner 115,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

My car suddenly stopped working the other day and was a rather scary experience on a busy street. My roommate and I tried to diagnose the problem ourselves to no avail. Joseph was very kind and friendly from the beginning and put my worries to ease. He made sure to make note of everything from when we first experienced noises to even fixing things that we were working on that might not have been put on right. Which was incredibly kind of him! He is very knowledgeable about cars and even taught me a few new things that I hadn't known before. He didn't stop the diagnosis until he knew what might be causing the issue which was very appreciated. If you're looking for a mechanic that will give it to you straight AND go above and beyond what is needed; then I recommend you stop looking because Joseph is it!

The mechanic is really knowledgeable and did an excellent job replacing break pads on my car. I had some questions and he was able to explain to me how/why it works a certain way on my car. I highly recommend this mechanic!
