He took time to explain what was going to happen and when presented with some challenges he was forthcoming that he didn't know. Great guy, was very nice and talked with me, we had to reschedule a part of the job but it wasn’t because of him but rather he had to make several trips to autozone due to needing parts and didn’t complain about it just explained it nicely.
