My appointment was late in the day so I was not surprised that the mechanic was a little behind schedule but was pleased to have gotten a call to say so. The job was done in good time and clean. Theodore's experience showed in our conversations about the work, other potential jobs, and whether they were worth it to me as I decide whether to keep the car. Andrew was great!! My first time using YourMechanic and it won’t be my last. He made the repairs in a timely fashion and even helped me replace a headlight. The loud noise from my power steering is completely gone. 10/10, thank you Andrew 
