1991 Saturn SL 66,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Dan was extremely kind and professional! He did his best to find the problem-Unfortunately, I felt just as in the dark after my inspection as before. He was unable to give me a for sure cause regardless of the diagnostic test which left me feeling as if I threw my money down the drain. If I had known that I wasn’t going to get a for sure answer to my problem with using a Mobil service I would have just saved myself the time and money. Again, Dan was great, the quality of service wasn’t the best seeing as I’m on my way to tow my car to the nearest mechanic to get an actual diagnosis and repair. I can’t say I would refer anyone as I myself paid to have an uncertain diagnosis that if I had just towed my car to a shop I wouldn’t be paying twice as much just to find out what’s wrong.

Mr. Lucas was great and he's very detailed he pointed out the problem and he gave me some of Advice Lucas is not the kind of person that will just Look at the situation and I'll explain to you he was excellent and explain the sale to th look at the situation and not explain to you it was excellent and explained in explaining The problem to me .I can also tell that he's a people person that makes it even much more pleasant as far as I'm concerned he's a five-star thank you
