Great to have someone come to the house and do the service. I didn't have to worry about dropping off and getting a ride home, etc. The only issue I have is that after the service, my emergency parking brake alarm will not disengage when I use the release, I had to drive to work with it alarming. This didn't happen before, but when I called they tell me it will cost me another 100$ if this wasn't part of what was completed and is probably a separate issue. I already paid almost 600$. So this was kind of a bummer.

Rohon arrived on time and got right to work. He fixed the brake light and diagnosed the power steering problem as a bad pump. My only issue is that a replacement pump was not quoted in the post work report. I would be happy to have him return for the repair.
