We did a little catching up, and then he was strictly business--he went over all the services and fees, and wasted no time in getting right to work. John did an awesome job on my '02 Trans Am - properly diagnosed the root cause of the problem (rack & pinion needed replacing, not faulty PS Pump), ordered in parts, installed 2 days later in my own garage at a convenient time for me.
