Very punctual and quick to get to work. James was able to pinpoint the issue quite quickly and made additional recommendations of things that had to be changed and/or fixed. Also offered some tips about the car and things to watch out for. Excellent guy!

We did a little catching up, and then he was strictly business--he went over all the services and fees, and wasted no time in getting right to work. He made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. He was fast, efficient, and made sure the issues were checked and double checked before letting me know my "baby" was ready to go.
