Andy was wonderful! He took the time to explain to me what was going on with the starter, why it had to be replaced and did not mind me standing next to him asking a lot of questions. I was very nervous about using My Mechanic. There are a lot of horrible reviews online. Obviously it really depends who your mechanic is. I will always use Andy from now on.

Robert arrived on time and was very professional,knew what he was talking about, fixed my problem with no B.S. He answered all my questions, even those not related to my current issue. I was very satisfied and will ask for him again if/when I need mechanical assistance in the future.

Scott was wonderful - showed up ahead of time and was very personable and professional. Took care of the starter problem with the car and did so very timely thanks to his years of experience. I would definitely recommend him as he really knows vehicles - got right to work - and most importantly - got the job done right the first time! He was also very thoughtful to try starting the car more than once after the repair to make sure it did indeed function properly so that I would not have anything to worry about and now - I'm back on the road again!
