Chris is an absolute pleasure, I decided to get an additional inspection due to the fact that I felt that Pep Boys in Temecula from master mechanic Asian ethnicity named Vu... was trying to rip me off, the information that they gave me was not adding up, so I decided to get a second opinion and I’m glad I did , I saved thousands of dollars, pep boys were saying I needed a whole new engine, With a detailed diagnosis from chris Pep boys were incorrect and I did get a refund from Pep Boys, I talk pep Boys corporate office and discipline action is being implemented, thank you Chris, you made my day justice was served.

Andrew did an awesome job in less then an hour. He came to my work and fixed everything in the parking lot. Andrew was extremely communicative. He contacted me when he was on his way, when he arrived, and when he was finished. Explained what the issue was well. I would totally contact him again!!!!

Answered all of my questions (even one that wasn't on the original request) and explained everything just as I needed him to. Great job diagnosing the issues.
