Sorry but I must admit I had a great deal of anxiety about this service. Like many people, I am skeptical about all things related to cars - dealers & 'repair shops' in particular. However, my impression at this point is that this is a great service. I didn't feel as if I was being "taken for the proverbial ride". Christopher seemed to be both thorough & knowlegeable.
