Ben is everything you would want… He's courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly… he called ahead to let me know that he was on his way and to confirm the appointment… Something these days that does seem to get a bit lost, and I greatly appreciate the courtesy… since I was heading out on a business trip, I needed the service done quickly, and Ben more than accomplished that… scheduling my appointment was easy, and definitely, saved me some time… Great service, great mechanic, and now, a very satisfied customer… thanks again, Ben!
