1993 Nissan Maxima 33,700 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I have never meet a mechanic more honest, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy than Lucas, in my whole life. Perhaps because I am a woman, mechanics in general don't think I have any knowledge about cars and try to over charge me or do repairs I do not need. They are wrong, because I shop around, I research the symptoms, I buy my own parts, and try not to be a victim as much as possible. When two mechanics told me that I need a new alternator, the symptoms did not match and I had my doubts. When Lucas gave me a diagnosis turned out that it was just a loose battery connection and a dirty rag that the last mechanic that worked on my car "forgot" behind my alternator and was choking it up. Wow! He figured it out because he was not trying to cheat me and because he is extremely observant and meticulous and has great knowledge about cars. If that is not enough, I was preparing to make some other repairs that has been diagnosed by other mechanics and turned out they were all wrong. He pinpointed the real problem and advice me on how to take care of it on my budget. I love this man. I would never allow anyone else to touch my car, even if I have to wait for an appointment. He is definitely worth the wait and I am happy to recommend him, especially to those ladies that are tired of being taken advantage off. He adds great value to the team working at "YourMechanic". Lucas is a keeper! Treat him right! :)

Jonathan was on time and did a thorough inspection of my car. He had a part on hand that I thought would be the issue, but turns out that part wouldn't solve the issue so he suggested that we not install that part as it wouldn't help with my issues. Very honest mechanic and a really nice guy. Happily, he saved me $300 but not installing the part. Overall excellent experience. Would definitely reccomend him to anyone who needs a mechanic.
