Nolan is a good employee for you guys to have he was on time as usual ran into an issue and went out of his way to take care of it and the service was completed on time.

David texted me to see if I would like to get the repairs done earlier than the appointment, which I happily agreed to. He arrived right on time, we talked for a few minutes and he went right to work. He was fully prepared and knew exactly what needed to be done and finished about 30 minutes sooner than he anticipated. No problems, no mess and he was polite, agreeable and professional the entire time he was here. Unlike regular shops and automotive technicians that work there, he had no problems with using the parts I purchased already. Since they make money off the marked up parts, some shops refuse to let customers supply their own parts. David knew and understood that I purchased upgraded components for a reason, something I appreciate quite a bit.

Travis was very professional and hard-working. He even got a special tool that he needed and did not stop until the job was complete.. comes highly recommended .
