2011 Nissan Frontier 11,250 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This was for a pre-purchase inspection where I was not present. The boilerplate document is just ok. It's a little confusing and I would have rather had the mechanic speak to me in person after the inspection to explain his findings. For instance, most items are checked off as excellent, 2 were checked as good, yet the vehicle receives a score of 59. What does that mean?
