He spent an appropriate amount of time determining the problem with a diagnostic scan, checked voltage to the faulty part, located a vendor with the replacement part in stock and provided a great quote to install the part. While under the hood, he noticed another problem that I knew needed to be addressed and he gave me a very reasonable quote to fix that as well.
