2004 Mitsubishi Diamante 21,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Robert was an amazing technician who seems to know all the old school tricks. This is very important as a lot of cars nowadays overcomplicate things. He explained thoroughly that my catalytic converter could be going out but it might just be something that Mitsubishi doesn't correct for whenever the oxygen sensor is sending weird numbers etc. He looked over everything. Although he couldn't replicate the issue. (Car has to be driven around though for this) He suspects a vacuum leak which just confirms my suspicions. He also arrived 15 minutes early to the appointment. Very knowledgeable about cars and mechanical stuff in general. Would book with him again to fix other issues that I cant fix myself. I just dont have the time, tools shop or experience to fix major issues.

Let me start out by saying that professionalism that this man portrays is an understatment. My appointment was for 12:30pm and he arrived a half hour early. Not only was Brian punctual he was very informative. He kept me up to date with all the minor and major details of my vehicle. He took care of the problems and concerns i had. Brian made me feel empowered as a consumer by educating me on the issue at hand with my suv. I would highly recommend this gentleman. When you find a trusted mechanic who empathizes with the consumer and puts passion in his work then you realize how precious thos characteristics are. GREAT JOB BRIAN!!!!!!!!
