Yeah, he went right to work on the high idle problem my engine has. He determined that the idle control valve isn't working properly and has setup an appointment on May 12, 2023 to replace it. I was told he will be here at 11:45 a.m. Good job.

Brent did an amazing job. He was very professional, communicated often and throughout the process, was on time and did just an awesome job. My vehicle's alternator created more work for him, which took much more time. He never complained and explained the parts and process to me. He checked everything with the car before he wrapped up, even though it was not related to the alternator. I will ask for him the next time we need our car serviced so we know it is in safe hands.

He accommodated my request for an earlier appt he talked me through the process, reading computer read out to me as he went. He commented on every aspect of each point of inspection.
