Had a hick-up with scheduling but fully understandable. My first use of on-site repair service and I'd do it again, no question.

Breck was friendly and had a great attitude given the difficulty of the task. Made sure it was fixed before he left as the cable initially slipped after the first time. It did take him longer than I thought it should, but I understand it's an intricate job that I may have made worse by unbolting everything prior.
