This was our first time to utilize Your Mechanic and we were quite pleased. We selected Alex for our needs based on his ratings. Turns out they were spot on and well-deserved. While we ended up spending more than we had hoped to, we feel as though Alex delivered on the work that needed to be done. Its necessary to disconnect the side door airbag SRS, and once disconnected, its very difficult to erase the SRS code. Diego was able to use a new scanner to erase the "SRS" light in the cluster. I was pleasantly surprised. I spend many hours per week on MBenz forums and almost no one has had success erasing the SRS light. Now I have a functioning passenger side power window and no more SRS warning light in the instrument cluster.
