Jeremy was excellent, he is very knowledgeable about Mercedes Benz. As soon as he arrived and check on the problem was able to give me a estime of the repair, he came back the next day with the battery for my car and installed it with no problem. Oscar is very knowledgeable and efficient. He recommended the pulley be replaced and waited for my husband to find and buy one. Even though the part was not available at the two shops my husband visited, Oscar stayed and cleaned the existing pulley. We had initially requested another service but Oscar shared that it was redundant. Ultimately, he saved us almost $200. We truly appreciate Oscar including his expertise and efficiency.
