Bill is a top notch mechanic. He was so very professional, friendly, knowledgable & efficient. Though after coming out the 1st time he found something else wrong showed it to me & explained what needed to happen, YourMechanic put my new appointment out 9 days but bill called as soon as the parts were ready & asked if he could come that day. He came out fixed everything but the great thing about him was that on his last visit our gate had blown off the hinges Bill took time to put some screws in my gate so that I could get it open & shut. I will definetly be using Bill again. As for customer service with Your Mechanic on the phone NOT great. I work in customer service & felt they fail in this department.
