William arrived before the appointed time and was truly a professional and had a personable disposition to him. he Tested the P/U and informed me in Simple layman's terms do I could understand . He was early to the appointment and very attentive to the inspection

First of all he could find my location even though there are giant 2320 numbers on the building. He didn't bring the correct belt or tools, literally using a crescent wrench to turn the bolts because he didn't have the correct socket. It took 3.5 hours to complete the work. He said the work was done and I went to drive away I had no power steering and checked the belt and it was way to loose. I will never use your service again unless you offer me a huge discount on this service. Terrible service
