We have used Alex before and will continue to do so. We found out that the car repair center completely misdiagnosed my daughter's car problem. Alex diagnosed what was really wrong and fixed it right away. Alex's ONLY challenge is having to wade through Dallas' unpredictable traffic to make an appointment on time. However, having someone actually come to our house has made it incredibly easy for me to get multiple things done at a time and not worry about getting a car to and from a service center!!

Was flexible with the scheduling. Quickly determined that the vehicle was having computer communication issues which can only be diagnosed by a Mazda dealer/ service depts.

5 star service! Lavell showed up early, did a quick inspection and told me what the next steps would be to fix my car. He took care of everything and left with my car in working order. Amazing experience!
