Chris went above and beyond. He actually not only did my brake pads but a brake fluid checkup as well. This latter part was unexpected and I was not charged for it! He wanted to make sure the car was operating well. I recommend him.

Chuck was courteous and professional. He showed up on time, and he performed the repairs in an acceptable amount of time. Although pics were taken of the old and new parts, it would have been nice to have it explained why the old parts were worn down. To the untrained eye, all I noticed were that the new parts were shiny.

Matthew was super helpful. I had originally thought that the issue with the car was a bad starter motor from general research online. I could not get the car to start to take it to the shop, so I opted for this service. Matthew not only figured out that it was a bad battery, he also took me step-by-step on how to change it and had me change it myself. Not only did I get my car working again, but I also learned a new skill. I will definitely be using Matthew again for a car inspection before buying my next car.
