Patrick was great!! The hardest thing with care repairs is trusting your mechanic. Patrick gain my trust which is hard to do. I had already been mis-informed and was asking for repairs my car did not need. Patrick listened to my journey and then did his own assessment. Patrick could have easily kept the same story going, but chose to be honest with me. Due to his honesty, I save $700.00... This alone is enough said. My stress is now reduced to "Returns", who wouldn't be happy with that. I will be telling my story to anyone who will listen and all references will be for Patrick's service. Purchasing a high mileage vehicle from out of state (I'm in Colorado, vehicle in California). Claud arrived early, confirmed the appointment, and Identified himself. Claud demonstrated professional and friendly abilities. Claud assessed and confirmed the issue with my car. He was prepared with the required tools and completed the job promptly. Claud noticed two tires were low and he filled them. All of my questions were answered and Claud went over the protocol if I should have any issues.
