He kept me in the loop of his ETA, he was running late (which I absolutely had no problem with) but kept me updated up into the time he arrived to the time he finish the work, which was nice and extremely helpful. He was super professional, came prepared, knowledgeable, serviced my car and I called it a day. Couldn't of went any easier or better.
