Chris called and let me know he was on his way and even said he could come before the appt time. That worked well for me. He went above and beyond his job, I paid for the oil change and the tire rotation apparently Lexus failed to provide me with a lock for my wheels. Chris searched all the areas where it should have been and there just wasn't one. Thank you Chris for being very kind and helping me. I have already referred you to my family and friends. Ramon is great. He’s experienced, he’s efficient, he’s always on time, and he’s honest. He diagnosed the issue with my car in about 10 minutes. When he came back to do the repairs, he replaced my serpentine belt in about 45 minutes (he had to take the wheel off and everything). I think the best thing I can say about him is that - in the three times he’s made repairs to my car - he has never once tried to oversell me on work that doesn’t actually need to get done. He’s also a really nice guy. I ended up staying outside and chatting with him the entire time he was making the repairs.

Peter knew his job and Lexus cars. He was on-time to the appointment, called me before arriving, did a great job on the work requested, cleaned up perfectly, was fast and thorough, and explained the results of his multi-point checkup. Will definitely request him in the future.
