Because of the great work Alex did on our previous leaking engine air hose repair, I was looking forward to his replacing the damaged engine lower cover, and once again, he did a great job. Because I was able to send him photos of the damaged part, he confirmed the needed replacement without the necessity of a separate service call to estimate what was needed. Very good and knowledgeable mechanic. Two call backs due to Your Mechanic mix-up not Pardeep's fault (wrong rotors due to 2wd vs awd and wrong pads). Pardeep came back and corrected the issues.
