He briefed me thoroughly through the entire mobile service process, explaining everything from parts costs, to the status of repairs I.e. how long it would take to make repairs to my vehicle. John patiently walked me through the billing process as well, by describing to me in detail, what I was being charged for as well as why each part listed on my invoice, was needed to repair my vehicle. John also practiced excellent safety consciousness as well. He made sure the vehicles service area was prepped, cleared, and safe prior to starting work. I know for certain that if I ever needed a mechanic to work on my families vehicles, John is who I will request every time. Thanks John.
