Ramon is great. He’s experienced, he’s efficient, he’s always on time, and he’s honest. He diagnosed the issue with my car in about 10 minutes. When he came back to do the repairs, he replaced my serpentine belt in about 45 minutes (he had to take the wheel off and everything). I think the best thing I can say about him is that - in the three times he’s made repairs to my car - he has never once tried to oversell me on work that doesn’t actually need to get done.
