2016 Land Rover Range Rover 64,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I recently had a shady AAA battery installer who installed a new battery with one of the negative connection to the battery not tighten correctly. After a couple of days driving my car will not start and battery is basically drained (so I was told by AAA technician). So, I called AAA the second time, the same technician now tells me that my alternator is bad. He then gave me 2 shops to call and told me that the first one would replace the battery for me (the one that is close by his office.....). He then asked me if I wanted to get it tow right then and there. I told him "no", since my car was parked at my house. Something is just not right in my mind. So I went ahead and bought an alternator and booked James W. with YourMechanic. He came and did an inspection before he starts to disassemble anything. Sure enough, my suspicion was correct there is nothing wrong with my alternator. James W. saved me hundreds by doing the inspections first. He is very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I would definitely have him perform all my future repairs. If you live in the Orange County California area, you should definitely have him service your car. He is especially knowledgeable with European cars. My is a Range Rover.

Anderson is amazing! A previous mechanic was no-call/no-show through this site when I was at the dealership, so I was skeptical of the service. However, but I'm glad I gave it another go and Anderson came through the next day! HUGE thanks to him for arriving early, being thorough, and most importantly, communicating with me as I was not able to be in-person for the inspection. Thank you, Anderson!
