Was really patient with me in explaining what could possibly be wrong with my alternator and that it may not have to be replaced yet. But then he actually discovered and fixed the issue with it on a final check before he was meant to leave, after completing the other services requested. Excellent work.

I appreciate Matt's ability and knowledge. I understand the company not wanting their mechanics to work on cars that were previously worked on by the customer or another mechanic, but don't see that that is reasonable to expect, cars are likely to not have been worked on prior. The problem that led to this last repair was due to my having crisscrossed two connectors. Very unusual to have connectors in close proximity to each other that are the same and can plugged into each other. But I hat was my fault for doing this. I would recommend any mechanic take the car for a road test to be sure it is working correctly. Despite the obstacles, Matthew was very thorough in his troubleshooting and would recommend him as a mechanic. The company applies restrictions on communicating with their mechanics and I can understand why, but if Matthew and I had been able to be in contact sooner, we could have solved the problem earlier.

Jesse was great. Good communication on appointment timing. He is a fair and honest guy. I will recommend him to my friends.
