2015 Kia Sportage 101,250 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I appreciate Matt's ability and knowledge. I understand the company not wanting their mechanics to work on cars that were previously worked on by the customer or another mechanic, but don't see that that is reasonable to expect, cars are likely to not have been worked on prior. The problem that led to this last repair was due to my having crisscrossed two connectors. Very unusual to have connectors in close proximity to each other that are the same and can plugged into each other. But I hat was my fault for doing this. I would recommend any mechanic take the car for a road test to be sure it is working correctly. Despite the obstacles, Matthew was very thorough in his troubleshooting and would recommend him as a mechanic. The company applies restrictions on communicating with their mechanics and I can understand why, but if Matthew and I had been able to be in contact sooner, we could have solved the problem earlier.

Did a great job replacing a pain in the @!! Starter on my kia it was definitely worth the money to not spend all day trying to do this one myself. Very good service and affordable.

Francisco and company were polite, business-like, and professional. Great work ethic and knowledgeable. I would definetly recommend him to my family, neighbors, and friends. I will call upon Francisco when my car needs service.
