Robert was wonderful to work with! I needed my timing and serpentine belts replaced on my 2007 Kia Optima v6. My appointment window was 12:30-1, Robert called me around 12:30 to let me know he would be closer to 1. He arrived and was very warm and kind, he asked me if there's anything else I wanted him to take a look at. I kept checking in on him every hour or so and he would update me on what he was doing (even though I'm basically car clueless). The whole process took around 4 hours, partly because he had to run to the store because he was sent the wrong part. Robert even helped me with some hanging plastic damage (cosmetic) that happened a few weeks prior due to running over a tire on the highway. The next day my car was driving super smoothly and I could tell she got the TLC she needed from Robert. Thanks again Robert!

Needing a tuneup on an older car I recently bought and not sure who to take it to; I chose PepBoys and was immediately given the option of having the mechanic come to me! Best decision ever. My car first of all was taken care of just like I was hoping, I didn't have to leave and take it in and other than paying, I didn't have to do anything. It was beyond convenient, price very reasonable; Anthony was finished sooner than I expected, was able to give me info on something not included in the tuneup that needed to be fixed somewhere else. Appreciate this option, the service and the mechanic they sent out for me and my car today. It took a weight off my mind to have my car taken care of (and ultimately me and any passengers) and be able to take care of it myself. Thank you!
